Or at the very least incapable of good cheese manufacture.
Everything I've said about Brie also goes for Camembert.
It gets an extra wedge for having a better name, and fewer lumpy bits.
It also has the dubious honour of a starring role in the Monty
Python "cheese shop" sketch.
