Cheese is marvellous, that's my theory.
The problem is, there are SO MANY FREAKING KINDS.
Many people never make it past the cheddar stage. It's an easy
trap to fall into, I'll grant you. Even the sub-categories within Cheddar are
astonishing. Red Leister is a particular favourite of mine. There is, however,
life beyond cheddar.
My five-year mission is to seek out strange new cheeses, and let other people
know things about them.
